Expertise

Colin W. Wied has more than 10 years experience in conducting successful mediations. With particular expertise in complex business disputes, and probate, trust and estate matters, Mr. Wied guides his clients to develop the most positive solutions tailored to their business and personal interests.

With more than four decades of work as a trial, and commercial and business transactions lawyer, Mr. Wied provides the insight to help his clients in even the most complex of situations. He is certified as a specialist in Business Bankruptcy. Mr. Wied also has extensive experience in estate planning and probate. Mr. Wied also served as a Naval Aviator, and is now retired from the U.S. Naval Reserve as a Captain, Judge Advocate General's Corp. He is moderately fluent in Spanish.
